Fish Orly : Easy Fish Orly Recipe

Betki Fish
Tempura Flour

Instructions:
Clean the fish pieces thoroughly.
Marinate the fish with lemon juice, mustard paste, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare a batter with tempura flour, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
Coat the marinated fish with the batter and fry until golden.
Fowl Cutlet : Homemade Fowl Cutlet
Ingredients:
Half a small onion
5 grams of garlic
5 grams of ginger
300 grams of minced chicken
2 green chilies
Chopped coriander leaves as needed
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Batter Ingredients:
Half a cup of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt
Water
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chopped onion, ginger, garlic, minced chicken, green chilies, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper powder, and garam masala powder.
Marinate the mixture and refrigerate.
Shape the mixture into cutlets, roll them in bread crumbs, and refrigerate for 15 more minutes.

5 fillets of Betki or Basa fish

3-4 tbsp Gandharaj lemon juice
Black pepper powder to taste
Half a tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
Half tsp baking powder
Half cup flour
1 cup cornflour
1 tsp Gandharaj lemon zest
1 tsp green chili paste
Cold water as needed
2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Clean and drain the fish fillets. Marinate with salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, Gandharaj lemon juice, and zest. Leave for 30 minutes.
For the batter, mix cornflour, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, black pepper powder, and butter in a bowl.
Add cold water to make a thick batter.
Dip the marinated fish in the batter, ensuring an even coating.
Deep fry until golden. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
